Rodney Garage is currently recruiting for a Service Manager / Service Advisor to join our busy and friendly team.

The role will include, but not be limited to:

• serving customers face to face
• taking car keys
• booking them in
• answering the phone and emails for quotations and bookings
• adding customers’ details to our booking system
• liaising with technicians regarding work and advisories on vehicles
• taking notes for Alex and assisting with the daily running of our workload
• making sure the office is kept clean and tidy, and the customer waiting area is comfortable.

Training will be given on the job.

We are looking for someone to bring a good work ethic, customer service, and teamwork to us, and be able to fit into a busy garage environment, and help assist customers, some of whom have been with us for many years.
